Booking and Occupancy Policy

At AdamSuites, we are dedicated to providing a stable, comfortable, and professional environment for all our guests. Our policies are designed to support the needs of corporate clients, relocating professionals, and individuals seeking medium-term accommodations in Vancouver. We specialize in extended stays to ensure a consistent and high-quality residential experience.

Minimum Stay Requirement

To best serve our corporate and professional clientele, AdamSuites enforces a **minimum rental period of three months (90 nights)** for all bookings. This policy allows us to maintain a community of residents on similar extended-stay schedules and ensures that we can provide the dedicated service and support required for longer-term occupancies. Our booking system is configured to accept reservations of 90 nights or more, and we are unable to accommodate requests for shorter stays.

Booking Process

1.  **Inquiry and Availability:** Please browse our selection of premium studio apartments. You can view availability and submit a booking request directly through our website for your desired dates, provided the stay meets our 90-night minimum requirement.
2.  **Reservation Confirmation:** Upon receiving your request, our team will review the details and confirm the availability. A rental agreement will be issued for your review and signature to finalize the reservation.
3.  **Payment:** Full payment for the first month’s rent, along with the security deposit, is required to secure your booking. Subsequent monthly payments are due on the first day of each month for the remainder of your stay.

Corporate & Group Bookings

We welcome corporate clients and offer streamlined booking processes for companies housing employees or teams. We can accommodate direct billing, and our team is available to assist with coordinating multiple bookings to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for your organization. Fees and Deposits

  • Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking to cover any potential damages. This deposit will be returned in full following a satisfactory inspection of the apartment upon your departure.
  • Cleaning Fee: A one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee is applied to each booking to cover professional cleaning services upon the conclusion of your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the medium-term nature of our accommodations, cancellations can significantly impact our operations. For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, a full refund of any rent paid will be provided, less a processing fee. For cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date, the first month’s rent is non-refundable. The security deposit will be fully refunded in either case.
